Q1: What inspired you to write the book?

After authoring 6 best selling books it was glaringly obvious there were 2 huge misconceptions about dieting that needed to be exposed. The first is that you can’t eat late at night or before bed, which science now shows is NOT true. And second, you can’t eat large portions that satisfy your natural instinct. This book solves both these problems by providing an evidence-based, enjoyable approach to dieting that can be used by any person to quickly achieve their weight loss goals.

 Q2: How long did it take for you to develop the diet?

It actually took several years of researching for me to discover the real science of eating late night. After a few years of tweaking and refining, I finally came up with a rapid fat loss solution that overcomes all the pitfalls of traditional diets.

Q3: What was the most surprising discovery when you were researching scientific data for the diet?

That almost everything my college education and certifications taught me was NOT grounded in published scientific research.

Bump date

Bump date: 40 weeks and 2 days.

My sweet Adeline will be here very soon, and I can’t wait to hold her in my arms. Until then, I’m anxiously waiting and juggling last-minute preparations until the big day arrives. We’re scheduled for induction Tuesday, and I can’t wait!

Mamas show your bump and be proud! You’re strong and doing a great job taking this one day at a time. Here’s to mastering motherhood!

Delta Children Cars Bed

My sweet little girl recently outgrew her crib and it was time to transition to a big girl bed. It seems so hard to believe! It seems like just yesterday she was a tiny little baby who needed snuggles and pacifiers. But now she’s a big girl, and can put herself to bed. Where does the time go?

My husband and I looked at several different beds but we couldn’t seem to agree on any. None seemed like the right fit for Elizabeth. When we were offered a bed from Delta Children, we were delighted. We found this Cars twin size bed and it was perfect! Elizabeth is a big fan of the Cars movies!

Set up was easy. The instructions were easy to follow. It didn’t take too long to get it ready! When we finally finished and showed her, she was delighted! She jumped on it for several minutes before finally snuggling in with her sweet little happy face. The quality is amazing! It’s very sturdy and can easily hold her weight as she grows.
