I love ethical, clean beauty products. So, when I was given a chance to try derma E products I was really excited. I was gifted the CBD collection as well as a vitamin C face mask, a universal cleansing balm, and the restoring Shea butter lotion. I absolutely love all of them. My skin feels so amazing after using these products. The CBD products are amazing for my sensitive skin. They help my skin stay free from acne and other issues.

The vitamin c face mask is like a facial in a bottle! I love the smell, it’s like putting an orange on your face!

Overall, I’m very happy with these products and will continue to use derma E in the future.

I can’t recommend this book enough! It’s been a game changer for my goals and diet success. I’m achieving my goals and then some. I’m beyond happy I found this book. It’s changed my life and I plan to continue to follow this plan.

This book has taught me so much I didn’t know. Avoiding carbohydrates and restricting calories later in the day can have an adverse effect on your thyroid hormones, which play a major role in metabolism. It’s been exciting following this book and the key notes that Joel mentions. I’ve been gaining more energy and getting closer to my goals. The best this game about this for me, is that it really helps me focus on my goals, rather than a specific diet plan. There are so many awesome and delicious recipes in the book too. Q1: What inspired you to write the book?
